SEEKING PRO CHEER/DANCE CONSULTANTS
Going Pro Entertainment, LLC provides consulting for future professional cheerleaders and dancers, as well as services such as event planning, talent search, choreography, marketing and more. Pro cheer and dance consultants manage their region and guide candidates during the audition process. Additional responsibilities include planning regional events and taking an active role to market GPE services to that region. These positions work on a commission structure and typically are held by women who work full-time in other areas and have 5-15 hours per week to devote to developing their region and consulting.GPE Consultant Qualifications:
- Professional cheerleader or dancer for the NBA or NFL for minimum 2 seasons. Preference given to candidates who performed for more than one team and/or league.
- Preferably women of elite status from your organization such as former captains, Pro Bowl and All Star representatives, choreographers, calendar cover models
- Current familiarity with auditions in your region
- Desire to work with aspiring dancers and cheerleaders
- Outstanding one-on-one communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to listen and guide others
- Ability to teach dance and cheer skills
- Regional connections in the fields of dance, cheer, fitness, and beauty
